The Batman has finally arrived in theaters and, it turns out, fans have been digging the movie’s soundtrack. Check out the full track list here.

‘The Batman’ finally arrived in theaters and fans everywhere enjoyed the latest adaptation of the Caped Crusader. Directed by Matt Reeves and featuring Robert Pattinson like Bruce Wayne, the film received positive reviews Comments critics and fans.

Accredited Costs on Rotten Tomatoes, with over 140 reviews, and earning a a score from ScoreCinema audiences, “The Batman” was praised for its darker, grittier take on Gotham’s most famous hero (or anti-hero, as I wish).

However, not only Pattinson’s performance, Zoe Kravitz like Catwoman or Paul Dano like a terrifying Riddler captivated the audience, the cinematography (in charge of Greg Fraser), the score (by Michael Giacchino) and the soundtrack were also praised by the fans. Matt Reeves said he was thinking about kurt cobain while writing the screenplay, and that he actually wanted Pattinson’s Bruce to somehow look like the singer of the late Nirvana. It’s no wonder, then, that some of the band’s most iconic songs are featured in the film. The full list of tracks:

  • “Darkroom” by Peggy Gou – Bruce (not Batman) then pays a visit to the Iceberg lounge. When he arrives, we hear this second piece of Peggy Gou.
  • “I only have one heart” by Al Martino
  • “Dark” by Alesso
  • “Volare (Nel Blu Di Pinto Di Blu)” door Dean Martin

However, while there are some incredible leads, the themes that Michael Giachino created for the film are also second to none. Giachino, whose most recent work is Spider-Man: No Coming Homecreated 29 tracks for the score, which you can listen to on Spotify and Apple Music.
