The Bianconeri approached the game needing a win after European defeats successive against PSG and Benfica, and they hit the front thanks to Rabiot’s powerful first-half finish.

However, Celtic’s hopes of qualifying for the Round of 16 suffered another blow as they crumbled to a 1-2 loss to RB Leipzig following a howl from Joe Hart.
